Litigation
Our attorneys have extensive experience providing representation to clients confronted with everything from especially complex and precedent setting litigation to the smallest of business disputes. We have a proven record of success, and are frequently asked to represent our business clients in state and federal courts, administrative tribunals, and all manner of arbitration and mediation forums.

Our sophisticated litigation support and case management systems enable us to serve the unique needs of large and small clients alike, and allow us to meet the demands imposed by every phase of dispute resolution processes in a cost effective manner. We work closely with our clients to analyze and evaluate risk, and to develop strategies that further the client’s objectives. Using the right combination of creativity and commitment, we develop practical solutions to resolve the difficult problems that our clients face. We recognize that frequent communication is an integral part of the service we provide, and, in every aspect of our work, we take pride in our ability to provide the level of service and attention that our clients have come to know and trust.

Appeals
Given the breadth and depth of our litigation practice, it is no surprise that Hartig Rhodes Hoge & Lekisch has a long history of using its extensive legal resources and research capabilities to produce appellate briefs and argument of the highest quality. As a result, we are often retained, either by trial counsel or by clients directly, to defend or prosecute all manner of civil appeals when litigation proceeds to the appellate level.
Many of the appeals we have handled resulted in ground-breaking decisions and established new principles of law. In others, we relied upon longstanding legal doctrines to protect the rights of our clients.
