As well, he advises clients on varied employment, commercial law and other legal issues. Mr. Halloran has successfully represented his clients in numerous cases involving such diverse issues as qualified immunity, contract liability, infliction of emotional distress, RICO liability, discrimination, lien validity and priority, wrongful termination, fraud and misrepresentation, civil rights violations, and breach of fiduciary duties, as well as commercial law, real estate, constitutional law and statutory construction issues. Mr. Halloran joined Hartig Rhodes in 1991, after working for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Board of Bar Overseers and the legal department of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. He began his legal career after many years in education, where he primarily worked as a teacher and administrator in high school and college settings. |
