WORK EXPERIENCE
Mr. Brink is presently Of Counsel with Hartig Rhodes Hoge & Lekisch, P.C. For the past 25 years, he has practiced in the area of trusts, estates, and taxation. He has emphasized planning, problem solving, and tax issues. He is an accredited member of the National Association of Estate Planners and has testified as an expert witness in Alaska state courts regarding tax issues, estate planning and probate. Mr. Brink has frequently lectured to professional groups, including the Tax Institute-University of Alaska-Fairbanks, the Alaska Society of CPAs, the Alaska Society of Independent Accountants, the Alaska Association of Tax Practitioners, and the Alaska Bar Association. Since 1985, he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America under Tax Law and Trusts & Estates Law. Mr. Brink has been a Judo Practitioner since 1962, competing internationally and acting as a national referee, coach, instructor, program administrator, corporate counsel, and national officer.
