He has represented both sellers and buyers in residential and commercial transactions ranging in size from a few thousand dollars to several million dollars. His real estate practice includes leasing, public land law, partnerships and conveyancing. Mr. Lekisch has represented numerous condominiums, cooperatives, planned unit developments and community associations. He has also represented owners, developers, and general contractors in with respect to residential and commercial construction projects. Mr. Lekisch has served as a mediator and an arbitrator in a variety of cases. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel. |
