Mr. Wilkson handles litigation on behalf of individual and business clients in the prosecution and defense of liability, contract, and employment law claims, as well as environmental liability and permitting matters. Prior to joining Hartig, Rhodes, Hoge & Lekisch in 2007, Mr. Wilkson served as law clerk to the Hon. Robert Coats, Chief Judge of the Alaska Court of Appeals. Mr. Wilkson graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in June 2006. While enrolled at the University of Washington School of Law, Mr. Wilkson served as Associate Editor-and-Chief for the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal, and published a student Comment analyzing forestry policy in the Russian Far East. Mr. Wilkson also participated in the Berman Environmental Law Clinic, where he worked with clients on a variety of issues. |
