Hoge has over 30 years experience in the practice of law, concentrating on administrative, public utilities, and real estate related transactions. he has represented electric, telecommunications, cable, cellular, water, wastewater, gas, and oil pipelines. His commercial law experience emphasizes complex commercial and financial transactions with an emphasis on real estate. Mr. Hoge worked for the Attorney General's office from 1963-1967, was the first attorney for the Alaska Public Utilities Commission, now the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (1965-67). Between 1967-1975, he worked for Robison, McCaskey, Strachan & Hoge. Between 1975-2000, he was President of Hoge and Lekisch. Hoge and Lekisch consolidated its practice with Hartig, Rhodes, Norman, Mahoney & Edwards in 2000. |
